/My constituent Linda suffers from Vestibular Ear Disease, Deafness as well as Vertigo and has associated mobility issues.
Despite receiving the standard rate of PIP she cannot be awarded the mobility element, which would contribute to a mobility car, because she is above state pension age.
I called for a UK Government statement and a change of policy.
