/A truly fantastic evening at Recreation Park to see Darvel knock Aberdeen out of the Scottish Cup.
This is undoubtedly one of the biggest giant-killings the game has ever seen. However, the belief from the stands to the management team and playing squad was something to behold. This was personified through the Gaffer's team talk before the game - truly inspiring.
I want to reiterate my congratulations to everyone involved at the club who has brought so much pride back to the town as well as the entire Irvine Valley. I'm excited to see what the future holds.
